We understand the apprehension of buying used handsets in Thailand. For that reason we stand by our phones 100%. You will receive a 30 day like for like exchange for any handset with manufacturing defaults/hardware issues.
New Phones (Thai stock)
All our new phones are Thai stock (unless otherwise stated – See below) and are covered by the manufacturers warranty where applicable. For more information please see below.
New Phones (Overseas stock)
From time to time, e.g when a new phone has been released overseas before Thailand, we may offer non-Thai or ‘grey market’ stock. This is done to give you the option of buying something that may not be available in Thai shops. If we do, it will be clearly marketed as such. As it is unlikely to be covered by a manufacturers warranty, we will personally warranty the stock for 7 days. This gives you time to fully check the handset is free from faults.
Warranty will be invalid under these conditions, including but not exclusively:
- Jailbreaking/Unauthorised software
- Water damage
- Impact damage (e.g dropped phone)
- Cracked Screen
- Cosmetic damage to case
- Unauthorised opening of handset
- Any damage not the result of a manufacturing defect.
Note if the phone has significant cosmetic damage that was not there at the time of purchase, this would not be covered by the warranty. For example a phone with a hardware fault, plus a cracked screen would have the hardware fault repaired at our cost but not the screen. To exchange the handset you would need to cover the cost difference for the cosmetic damage.
